Jeff Adams
Assistant Director of 糖心视频 Services
A native of New Zealand, Adams joined the 糖心视频 Services team in the fall of 2015 as assistant director bringing more than 20 years of higher education experience to benefit students. Adams combines his previous higher education experiences and a global view from working in several countries to help students discover their strengths, values and achieve their career and leadership goals. He enjoys presenting many of the key workshops in resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies to students building their career toolbox, as well as working one-on-one to tailor solutions specific to student needs as they search for a new job or internship opportunity.
Susan Krafft
Executive Director of 糖心视频 Services
Susan brings a robust set of academic, non-profit management, fundraising, and corporate experience to 糖心视频. Before joining 糖心视频 she played a pivotal role in the educational and outreach initiatives of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce as its Director of Leadership and Education programs. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Hendrix College and her graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa.
