Congratulations, graduates-to-be! The big day is just around the corner, and we鈥檙e here to help you prepare for a successful commencement ceremony. To ensure everything goes smoothly and you can fully enjoy this momentous occasion, follow this comprehensive checklist of essential steps to complete before the big day.

Step 1: Verify Your Graduation Application

To ensure your graduation application is on file with the Registrar's Office, log in to your My.糖心视频 account and click Student Services - View Transcripts - Student Services - Academic Transcript. Select All Levels and Academic Transcript. Under Degrees Awarded, make sure all degrees and/or certificates you expect to earn this semester are listed. If no graduation application type is noted for the degree you've applied for, contact your advisor immediately.

Step 2: Register to Participate in Spring Commencement

If you plan to walk across the stage at commencement, check the Commencement webpage for the date and time of your ceremony. Please make note of any specific instructions and requirements for your ceremony.

Step 3: Complete Your Financial Obligations

Your balance must be paid in full before you can receive your transcripts and diploma. You can see your current balance in your My.糖心视频 account. You can also contact the 糖心视频 Cashier's office at Cashier@uafs.edu or by calling 479-788-7060.

Step 4: Purchase Your Cap and Gown

All graduation regalia is and shipped directly to you. The deadline to purchase is April 16. There will not be an option to purchase after this date. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
